Car vs. Motorcycle Highway 214

A serious accident on Highway 214 in Marion County led to serious injuries and death. Toyota Corolla driven by Doyle Lewis was going northbound on Highway 214 when he lost control of his car and crossed into the opposite lane. He slammed into a Harley Davidson motorcycle operated by Mark Clyde, that was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. His passenger was taken to another hospital with serious injuries.

Wrong Way Scooter vs. Bike Crash in Portland

Portland Police is investigating an August 18th accident at Southwest Broadway & Southwest Yamhill Street. The accident involved an electric scooter and a bicyclist. Paramedics responded and an ambulance was called. The bicycle rider was taken to the hospital with injuries. It was determined the scooter rider was going the wrong way on a one-way street and hit the bike as it went the right direction.
