PORTLAND, OR – According to TTN Portland, an accident took place on I-5 SB in Portland on Tuesday morning.
The accident was reported by ODOT shortly after 8:00 a.m. at Interstate Bridge. A right lane was blocked and traffic was stopped back to Exit 3 for WA-99 / Main Street following the incident.
