The firm was not able to help because they are only taking certain catastrophic injuries right now and couldn't help me. But Olga still helped me find other lawyers and didnt stop til I found one. Along with her concern and willingness to keep helping, made me feel like someone did care I was hurt even if they couldn't take my case. Full disclosure - I did not hire them to represent me, but I do find that when people are helpful when they have no reason to be, they are great people to have a working relationship with.
