WASHINGTON COUNTY, OR — Three people were hospitalized Monday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash on Tualatin Valley Highway in west Beaverton, reports KOIN 6 News.
Beaverton Police and Metro West crews responded to the scene at 160th Avenue, near Beaverton Creek Wetlands Natural Area, at about 2:00 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the wreck, but first responders had to extricate one victim who was left pinned in their vehicle. That patient was then rushed by ambulance to a local hospital, where their condition remains undisclosed.
Two other patients suffered injuries considered “non-emergency,” and were also taken to a hospital.
No other details have been shared at this time, but an investigation into the cause of the crash was in progress.
