PORTLAND, OR – Two men were killed and a woman was taken to the hospital following a high-speed crash on Highway 30 early Saturday.
According to KPTV, 24-year-old Kody Hansen was driving a GMC Sierra west on the freeway near milepost 12 at a high rate of speed when he lost control and struck a parked Audi AA8. The GMC then slammed into two additional vehicles and a power pole, before coming to a stop on the porch of a nearby home.
Both Hansen and the Audi’s driver, 45-year-old Dale Herren, were pronounced dead at the scene. A female passenger in the Audi was hospitalized with unspecified injuries.
