PORTLAND, OR – According to TTN Portland, an accident left two lanes of traffic blocked on I-5 NB in Woodland on Monday afternoon.
The crash was reported by WSDOT shortly before 3:30 p.m. between Exit 21 and Scott Avenue. Two left lanes of traffic were blocked and traffic was stopped back to the Ridgefield Weigh Station following the incident.
