PORTLAND, OR – Major rush-hour delays were reported on Thursday morning following a crash in west Portland.
According to PDX Traffic, the crash happened at about 9:17 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of the interstate near the Helvetia Road overpass.

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, no injuries were reported as a direct result.
This was one of two accidents that took place on US-26 in west Portland within one hour, causing significant traffic delays for commuters in the area.
