PORTLAND, OR – A man crashed a stolen vehicle that he took at gunpoint in Northeast Portland early Monday morning.
According to KOIN, A driver and passenger were carjacked at gunpoint by 44-year-old Richard Andrew Flint. They were shot at but did not sustain any injuries.
Flint fled with the vehicle before crashing it at NE Sandy Boulevard and NE Killingsworth Street. He suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
He was detained at the hospital and faces charges including attempted murder, first-degree robbery, first-degree theft, and felon in possession of a firearm.
