CLACKAMAS COUNTY, OR – A woman died when she collided with an SUV on Highway 211 in Clackamas County Friday afternoon.
According to The Oregonian, the collision happened on on Highway 211 near Southeast Eagle Creek Road.
A driver in an Honda CR-V was travelling southbound on the highway and approached Southeast Eagle Creek Road to make a left turn. A woman on a Harley Davidson was traveling in the opposite direction and slammed into the Honda.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Oregon State Police say “an improperly executed left turn is being investigated as a contributing factor to the collision”.
