PORTLAND, OR – A person died in the hospital from their injuries after being hit by a vehicle in southeast Portland on Friday evening.
According to KPTV, police found a man in the roadway at the 11400 block of Southeast Foster Road around 7 p.m. His injuries were not thought to be life-threatening at first.
However, the man died of his injuries at the hospital later that night.
The driver that hit the man fled the scene.
Police do not have a suspect description at this time.
