GRESHAM, OR – A person was struck and hurt after being hit by a driver just outside of Portland Monday morning.
According to KOIN, the pedestrian was struck near the intersection of SE Roberts Avenue and SE Hogan Road. The driver stayed on the scene and called 911.
The person was reportedly conscious at the time medical crews arrived. No further details on their condition have been provided.
