PORTLAND, OR – According to TTN Portland, an accident took place on I-5 NB in Portland on Monday evening.
The crash was reported shortly before 7:30 p.m. at Exit 306 for Victory Boulevard. Traffic was stopped back to Swan Island Exit following the accident.
