PORTLAND, OR — One person was hospitalized Monday night after a hit-and-run pedestrian crash in north Portland’s Kenton area., according to KATU2.
The incident occurred on North Victory Boulevard, under the Interstate 5 overpass. It was reported shortly after 8:40 p.m.
Few details have been disclosed, but the Portland Police Bureau said a pedestrian was hit by a driver who fled the scene. The victim was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.
Part of Victory Boulevard from the I-5 overpass to Interstate Avenue was expected to be blocked for multiple hours. No further information has been made available.
