TIGARD, OR – Five people were taken to the hospital following a collision on Highway 217 early Saturday morning reports KOIN.
The crash happened around 2:20 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the highway near 72nd Avenue. Two people had to be extricated from their vehicles.
The cause of the collision and the extent of those injured was not immediately clear.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
