PORTLAND, OR – TTN Portland reports that a crash took place on I-84 WB in Portland on Thursday night.
The crash was reported shortly after 8:00 p.m. under the overpass for 47th Avenue. The left lane of traffic was blocked following the crash, causing significant traffic delays back to Exit 8.
