PORTLAND, OR – A woman was killed after a driver hit her at an intersection in southeast Portland on Monday night.
The incident happened around 10 p.m.near the intersection of Southeast Powell Boulevard and Southeast 47th Avenue reports KPTV.
Emergency personnel arrived to find the victim dead. Her identity has not been released.
The driver who struck her fled the scene. Police do not yet have a suspect and are asking anyone with information to contact the Portland Traffic Investigations Unit at 503-823-2103.
