Around 2011, I got arrested & charged with a DUI. To keep the long story short, I got charged even after having a 0.0 BAC (I also wasn't using drugs). Despite the evidence showing that I wasn't intoxicated but I was a bit overwhelmed with anxiety, thinking that the system wasn't going to be on my side, So I decided to hire an attorney just in case the worst might happen.
